What is the guest capacity?

Up to 150 guests for most layouts.

What is included in the 10 hour rental?

Four hours for setup, five hours for your celebration, one hour for cleanup. Suites are available during your rental window.

Do you have an indoor backup plan for weather?

Yes. You can host your ceremony and reception indoors if needed.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes with the DIY Package. Vendors must be licensed and insured. The caterer must be insured and full service.

How does bar service work?

All bar service is provided through Traditions Event Services. You may supply your own liquor while Traditions provides service and insurance.

What is the payment schedule and weekday pricing?

A 1,000 dollar non refundable deposit secures the date, 50 percent is due 120 days prior, and the balance is due 30 days prior. Monday through Thursday events include a 1,000 dollar discount.
