What is the guest capacity?
Up to 150 guests for most layouts.
Do you have an indoor backup plan for weather?
Yes. You can host your ceremony and reception indoors if needed.
How does bar service work?
All bar service is provided through our all-inclusive package.
What is included in the 10 hour rental?
Four hours for setup, five hours for your celebration, one hour for cleanup. Suites are available during your rental window.
Can we bring our own vendors?
You will have a great choice of vendors with our vendor recommendations to choose from!

We had such a great experience with our recent wedding at Villa Serafina! We did the all-inclusive package which made the process so easy - the vendors were phenomenal and made the day run seamlessly.
The venue itself is brand new so everything was incredibly clean and grounds are well manicured. The grounds themselves are covered in jasmine, olive trees, and huge oaks which would make for a lush outdoor ceremony. Because the venue space has a neutral color scheme, it felt like any color palette would work well. Another plus is that because the venue is on a farm, our guests loved the animals (especially the mini highland cows!)
I can also attest to how wonderful the staff is at responding an answering questions. I truly felt like I had a whole team supporting the entire wedding planning process and the day itself!

I recently attended the Grand Opening at Villa Serafina, and wow — what a stunning venue! As a wedding photographer, I was blown away by the attention to detail throughout the design. The neutral color palette makes it so versatile for weddings of every style.
The Bridal Suite is especially impressive: spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed with multiple marquee-mirror makeup stations, comfy couches for lounging, full-length mirrors for outfit checks, and plenty of hooks for gowns and steaming.
The ceremony spaces are equally beautiful, offering two unique options — a circular grass layout or a traditional paved setup (conveniently close to the bar and restrooms).
With its touches of Tuscan charm, gorgeous landscaping, and even live horses, Villa Serafina is such a gem for Central Florida couples. The management team is incredibly kind, and I can’t wait for the chance to photograph a wedding here in the future!
