How we make a shower feel like a retreat

You can shape the celebration around the spaces that fit your plans. The Reception Hall offers climate controlled comfort with graceful architecture for games, toasts, and food service. The Patio gives you open air moments with structure underfoot. The Grounds provide sunlit lawns, shaded groves, and winding paths that are photo ready. If you want an in the round feel for a toast or advice circle, the Circle Ceremony space creates an intimate setting where guests surround you.

We host up to 150 guests for most layouts. Parking is on site and complimentary, which keeps arrival simple for parents, grandparents, and little ones.

What is included with your booking

Your venue rental is ten hours, four hours for setup, five hours for your event, and one hour for cleanup. The private suite is available during the rental window. For safety it is kept locked during the event and our team can assist with access when needed. If weather shifts your plans, you can move the celebration indoors to the Reception Hall without changing the spirit of the day.

Food and beverage, simple and clear

You can choose an all inclusive package or a DIY path. DIY clients bring licensed and insured vendors. The caterer must be insured and provide full service catering. All bar service is through Traditions Event Services. You may supply your own liquor, and Traditions provides service and insurance. If you would like more help before the day, our coordination partner SMS Events can add planning time beyond day of support.

A smooth flow for the celebration

Most showers work well with a welcome on the Patio, activities and speeches in the Reception Hall, and portraits on the Grounds. If you prefer a focused moment where everyone can see and hear, the Circle Ceremony space sets the scene for a toast or a shared message to the parents to be.
